Our Mission
Every home should have a purpose: to deliver lasting comfort, efficiency, durability, and a better quality of life.
We believe a home should be designed not only for today, but for the future. That’s why energy performance, comfort, durability, and environmental responsibility guide every decision we make, from the earliest stages of design through construction.
With expertise in Passive House and high-performance construction, our team creates homes tailored to each client’s lifestyle, needs, and vision, with careful attention to quality, performance, and long-term durability.
Based in Mont-Tremblant, in Quebec’s Laurentians, Construction K. Laporte Inc. combines proven building expertise with innovative, sustainable construction methods adapted to Quebec’s demanding climate.
Building for the future means creating better-performing homes today, designed to provide comfort, efficiency, and lasting value for years to come.
